Crashing on iOS

I've been playing on my iphone 15 pro max (iOS 17.6.1) for quite a while, and the game inevitably freezes nearly every time I play. Sometimes in just 10 min, other times after an hour, and everything in between. It happens on different modules (currently playing a Infinite Dungeons). Can't remember if it occurred on the original campaign as that was a few years ago that I played that. I haven't noticed any pattern in how/why it freezes other than it seems to mostly happen when I'm moving around a level/area.
Sometimes if I leave the app then go back into it (without force quitting it), I'll get an error message saying to report the issue to beamdog.atlassian.net/service desk. Not only can't I login there (don't have an account, and there's no option for creating one), but I can't get the log file the error message requests me to include (assuming that request was from the desktop version of nwn).
I'm guessing there's nothing I can do about the crashing. Was really just posting this in the hope Beamdog will see/is working on a fix.
