Launcher update available?

I go to start my Baldurs gate game and it says there is a update for Baldurs Gate Enhanced Edition Launcher I click on install and I get the menu with the news which shows NOV. 28th but it doesnt seem to install anything all I get is play. Im not sure if it a bug or not? I am not using beam dogs launcher just the direct download version. Anyone have any info on this? Thanks =)
