Step-by-Step LETO NPC Export

Excuse me Please:

I seem to be unable to find anything on the web on HOW to export npcs from out of NWN and save them as a PC.
The only references i have found are "just use Leto" but no accompanying steps on the HOW.
Any assistance would be most appreciated.
