Making a paladin kit which can cast higher level spells

Yo

I have a plan for a paladin kit. And i want it to cast spells beyond lvl 4 spells.
I just dont know how.
How can i make a custom table of this: mxsplpal.2da - Paladin
for a paladin kit i make?
Or how can i apply my kit to this table, and then modify spell progression etc for my kit alone?

Any help would be great :D

    Also, Ziatar the half dragon... I can't seem to find here .BAM files... I only find the red half dragon in near infinity. Does it have some other way of becomming green?
