Looking for mod like "Transitions Without Gather Party"

Hello. I just registered to find mod that removes transition distance requirement between party members. I love to have companion banters, but npc companions are pain in the butt to control, one character is much easier and faster. Once played BG: Big World Project, and it was modded so not only you don't have to hear constant "You must gather your party", but it also just transported you to next area with your group wherever it was.

Is there a mod like this or settings i can modify? Pretty please! I'm about to abandon all my companions again and do a solo playthrough again.
