How to use Toolset with files that are buried in SQLite3 format?

Good day! As the title suggests, I've been having difficulty using the toolset with files (modules, haks, etc.) that are buried in SQLite3 format. Can anyone walk a real tech dummy in how to do this, please? In this day of age, I can't seem to find any programs that will unpack all of the files that are buried in this format. Specifically, I'm referring to all of the content that is stored in the nwsync folder (nwsyncdata_0.sqlite3, etc.).

    NWSync files are intended to be unpacked by the game, automatically, and the files distributed to their appropriate destination folders, all without user intervention.
    That said, I presume that the file is just a variant of an SQL database file, and so could have the contents extracted if you could find a suitable program.
    Perhaps there is someone around with more knowledge of the exact format of a NWSync file who can advise if there's a method to do what you want.
