PID issues with NPC Mods

Hello! I am cross posting this from the EET forum, apologies if I am posting this in the wrong forum. So, after the grueling work of installing EET with a bunch of other mods for 2 whole days, I noticed that I can't initiate PID with NPC mods. As you can see from my screenshots below, both NPCs can only response with the generic line and don't seem to work as intended, but there's no issues with the original NPCs such as Imoen, Jaheira, etc.

Can anyone please help me, I really really don't want reinstalling all of those mods again 🥲
please tell me if there's something wrong with my mod load order, thanks!
