How Do I get to IWD2 in EET

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
So I have installed EET and both IWD in EET and IWD2 in EET. After much Googling and forum searching, I've found how to get to IWD in the game, but I can't find how to get to IWD2 in the game. Does anyone know? And yes, I did go to the IWD2 in EET readme, but it just had install order directions. =/

    The same NPC (Maladernoth) appears in Copper Coronet in chapter 6. I think however he only appears if you completed IWD during the BG1 part of your campaign - I base this thought on having played through and him not turning up when I started a game from the beginning of SoA rather than on any understanding of the code.

    Thank you SO MUCH! It's amazing to me how very, VERY little there is on this subject on Google or in forums. Either that, or I just MAJORLY suck at Googling. LOL.
