No Kracken Society mage in palace

Don't know if it makes a difference but first run through with SCS and Tweaks installed.

Usually when I kill or let Marketh go, a Kraken Society mage appears as well as Seth. The mage didn't appear this time. Unusually, previously, Seth attacked me (and died) in the main hall. Usually he just runs away. Are the two connected? Is there a particular response for first Seth meeting?

    I'm not aware of any linkage between Seth and the Kraken Society mage(s). I most always do not talk to Seth, or barely talk to Seth, before killing him on the second level, and the mages have always appeared.

    Just done some testing. Killing Seth the first time you meet does appear to stop the Kraken mages appearing. I think what is different this time is that usually he is very fast and turns around so I don't get a chance to kill him. On this run though he goes towards me or sometimes to the side, which gave enough time to kill him
