Trying to up the game FPS from 30 to 60 - Android S24+ phone

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I am having problems trying to find the baldur.lua or baldur.ini file on android mobile.
My goal is to up the game FPS from 30 to 60.
I have successfully accomplished this on W10 by editing this file.

I've read to look for this file in the following locations
Andriod/data/com.beamdog.balursgateenhancededition
Andriod/data/com.beamdog.balursgateenhancededition/files
Andriod/obb/com.beamdog.balursgateenhancededition
Andriod/

I can see those folders within my phone with a 3rd party app and I can also see those folder via direct USBC to my W10 computer, however I don't see the baldur.lua or baldur.ini file to edit.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

    Higher FPS is going to make everything faster…I usually bump it up to ~40 fps. To each his/her own though.
