Will not play on Google play

Every time I try too play NWN EE, (downloaded from Google play) it trys to download, but all it does is time out and say "data download failed" "Error:the manifest server did not respond". What is going on? I haven't played in over a week and I've lost months of progress trying to get it to work by deleting and reinstalling.
