The Nordom problem - Planescape: Torment

Hi, im having a problem and maybe someone can help me. I'm having trouble getting Nordom to get director updates. I first recruited Nordom, and then I went to see the wizard, but the wizard didn't offer me any dialogue, he just shot his cannon in my face. Someone know if there is any solution? Maybe some console command?

I have another saved game where I managed to activate Nordom's director improvements, but I had to do it in a somewhat old game, I lost 10 days of farming, if there is a way to avoid losing all that progress I will be grateful
