Move all difficulty settings to an external file

Hello. Please move all the Legacy of Bhaal difficulty settings to an external file, similar to "Suppress Extra Difficulty Damage". This difficulty level is currently suitable for completing Throne of Bhaal, but is not intended for normal completion of Baldur's Gate 1, since increasing the HP of enemies by ~20 times breaks the D&D mechanics. The game can be speedrun on this difficulty level in 5-10 minutes, but without pleasure, and a normal party game turns each fight into a very dull spectacle. I would like to configure more lenient rules for this difficulty that will not break the D&D mechanics.
P.S. I understand that completing the game on this difficulty gives an achievement, but I can finish the game using cheats immediately finding myself in the final location and get this achievement, so the ability to configure difficulty modifiers will not spoil anything.
