game crashes when choosing a picture

When I am in character creation on Neverwinter Nights EE, and I am asked to choose a picture, the game crashes. please fix this!!!~!~!~!!~

    I just started having this issue as well. Hoping there is an easy game repair/update fix to this. UPDATE: After trial and error I deleted all files in Portraits folder and reinstalled portrait packs. Resolved the game crash issue. Only downside was 1 character on the persistent world Blackstone Keep server lost his portrait even though the portrait was reinstalled.
