Lost Item on Android

I have a Samsung A9+G5 Android 14
Baldur Gate 1 enhanced 2.6.6.12
I left the Wine needed for the Durlags Tower warder (BG1EE) nr. the front door (not in a barrel/box etc), hoping to complete when I was a bit more powerful. On returning it has gone.
Unfortunately it is not possible in this combination (Samsung + Android 14) to access or modify the data apps (ie mods, cheats, etc). i've read the multiple discussions on multiple forums, and tried lots of explorers (inc. FV), tried ADB to modify the files and without rooting (which I can't do as some work software will not work ), I can't find a solution.
I am well into the game, so going back to the save I left the wine isn't really practical.
Is there any way to get the wine?
(is there another bottle? Some grapes to re-use the press? some cheat built into the game I don't know of, etc)
