Dragonspear Problems

It became available, I installed and enjoyed playing it. Then, slowly, it began failing - it wouldn't boot. BG2E started up instead. Occasionally at first, then more, and finally always.

Support has been no help whatsoever. I opened a ticket, submitted a description and sequential screen frames. No response.

A great game and I want to get back in.
