Achievements not unlocking on steam

Greetings,
Achievements on steam are no longer unlocking. For example, I am playing an "evil" party and got my reputation down to 4 and should have unlocked the "vilain" achievement by doing so but it doesn't unlock. I have also decide to join bodhi's vampire guld and should have received an achievement for that but it has not unlocked. Everything was fine up to february 8th when i unlocked the "i'll keep this" achievement. Since then, achievements remains locked.
P.S: I have restarted the game several times with no results. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still no results.
Please help.
