Possible secret doors in Docks District

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
i just need to know if these can be opened somehow: theres a door with an unconventional lock in the first level of the Shadow Thieves house, just to the right after you enter the building; on Edwins floor in MaeVars building, theres a door that on close inspection appears to be just a painting on the wall or something like that; fi you go into the barracks in the Docks, you finally get to a path on the outside of the docks wall that leads to a door that is barred from the inside - a similar door can be found on the south wall of the shadow thieves building. any way to unlock any of these?

    The door in Mae'var's building can't be opened by any means, and doesn't lead anywhere.

    The two other doors ... well, you didn't think that a highly visible building was the entire thieves' guild, did you? You need a key to go through those doors, and you will get that key in the chapter 3 plot (You're given the key if you side with the guild, and have to take it by force if you side against them).
