Broken Intelligence despite no status effects

EDIT: After testing tons of stuff, guys at the Discord concluded its an issue with the playerskin, though they're stumped on how to fix it... even removing it, it reappears on rest.

Playing the OC/Wailing Death. Intelligence is lowered despite no active status effects and resting at a shrine does nothing. Anyone know what's up?
