NWN EE Android mouse not working

Hi my Bluetooth mouse doesn't seem to work properly on the latest android version of nwn ee, I've tried clearing cache and data and reinstalling, I can left click the UI options, right click to bring up the context menu then further right click through the context menus. I can double left click to zoom in but can't left click to move. I use a Google pixel fold if this helps. I've tried using a hex editor to alter the cursor true file but it's already set to true.
