How does a guy change his email address in the beamdog store?

It seems impossible to do this, and impossible to contact any sort of support. The link on the main page goes to a jira that won't let me log in. I got linked to Aspyr for support as well, but nothing there was helpful.

I'm shutting down the email address through which I purchased 4 games. How the heck do I keep control of my account? O_o
