Installing Qwinn Fix Patch - Steam Version

in Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition
Hi. I am trying to install Qwinn fix Patch on PST:EE on Steam but i am getting this error:

ERROR locating resource for 'COPY'

Resource [VAR.VAR] not found in KEY file:

[./chitin.key]

Stopping installation because of error.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    The EE version of PST already comes with the fixes of Qwinn (the ones that dont go against the original intention of the devs) - This is shown in the changelog of PST: EE. The Restored Content Mod would be a better addition to it but PLEASE - CHECK THE ENTIRE README FIRST.
