Quest pack, Moiya's debt problem

Last time I played this mod, I immediately payed off Moiya's debts for her. This time I was lacking the funds so I talked to the debt collector and asked what the consequences would be if she doesn't pay. He assured me no harm would come to her other than the repo man coming to pick up her stuff. I went to Moiya and told her this.

Later, I read online that this quest has a lot more story to it than I've ever seen. Have I accidently closed off the rest of the quest now? Moiya is nowhere to be found and the debt collector just gives his same generic answers.

    I think yes. There is a chain of events you can get into, it is not ultimately a huge thing. But a fun story to play through. The money lender is quite a weasel! But no part of the cost or reward is significant.

    After you have told moiya that he wont harm her you are supposed to get a message from a little boy some time later which continues the quest. You can try using the console to spawn the messenger i believe this is the code C:CreateCreature("D0boy").
