Romance de'Arnise and vanilla romance at the same time

Ive read readme files from cdtweaks, flirt npc pack and de'arnise romance and I am still unable to understand fully. Will I be able together with some configuration of mods romance Nalia and for example Vicci or Aerie simultanously? Or will the stutter bug appear or other obstacle?
Maybe there is someone here who tried that and succeeded?
