Trouble with Chapter 1

I’m on Neverwinter Nights:EE for iPad. Out of the four items I’m supposed to return to Lady Aribeth, I think I may be missing the Yuan-Ti blood (or scales?)? I have gone back to the Warrens of the Damned which I think is the only place I’d have encountered this, but there are no remains anywhere. (I’m not even sure how to see which Items I’ve already returned - I know i have the Dryad hair, the brain and feathers turned in). I’ve tried doing a respawn of the Yuan-Ti via ~ command and it says “Success” but nothing shows up. I guess I can’t proceed to chapter 2 until I solve this but I’m stuck and losing patience after retracing my steps multiple times. - Thx
