Vicona just leaves?

I'm playing BGEE and after I rescue Vicona from the Flaming Fist guy she just leaves. I recall in BG1 she joins your party at that point. Have I done something wrong? Or is my characters Charisma too low and I just failed a check like when you first talk with Minsc?

    In all likelihood the latter. It's possible to fail her reaction check.

    Your charisma may be too low. Viconia prefers prettier servants. lol

    Alright I replayed the scene just now and she stayed, thanks for the info.
