Item that can cast blind

i need a weapon that can cast blind on myself, i think i saw one while playing but cant find it in my stash, but i would like to know its name. weapon or other item, of course.

- Blackmist (halberd, available by making a deal with the Ust Natha demon)
- Celestial Fury (katana, contender for the best general-purpose weapon in the game)
- Wand of Cursing.

That is a complete list, as far as the unmodded game goes. All are intended to be used on enemies, and all allow a save to negate.
