HLA in SOD?

I posted this in the SOD forum but it's slow and I was hoping for an answer more quickly, I apologize. That said:
I am running a solo character through SOD in LOB difficulty. Finished BG:EE with him on this difficulty, and I'm on pace to possibly hit 3M XP(I'm using a significantly cheesy exploit in the game to power level) before completing it. I was curious and used a test character and some editing in EEKeeper to see if HLAs would be selectable when leveling up past 3M and no UI element occurred to allow me to choose an HLA.
My question is this: is there a way to have SOD allow me to select an HLA when I reach the appropriate level? If it can't be done organically is there a mod that I can install that would add this feature?

But. Unless you mod them in, the HLA spell files aren't there. The only HLAs that exist in BGEE with SoD, unmodded, are:
- Assassination (rogue)
- Avoid Death (rogue)
- Summon Deva (good paladin)
- Spirit Form (shaman)
- Favored of the Spirits (shaman)
- Energy Blades (priest)
- Mass Raise Dead (priest)
- Ethereal Retribution (shaman)
- Energy Blades (mage)
- suicide (non-good mage)
- suicide (mage)
The two I've marked as "suicide" are plot effects from TotSC that happen to share resource IDs with mage HLA spells (Summon Dark Planetar, Comet). If you cast them, you would die and be replaced with a hostile werewolf.
So, you'd have to add in the spells (along with the text and any auxiliary resources needed) in order to make HLAs available in BGEE. Plus doing something about that resource ID collision in the mage spells.
