Hello folks, how do I create a cutscene? I mean, create the black borders during the time choosen.

Do you have an example of what you mean? Is there a cutscene in one of the campaigns that does this?

I need a function that I can control the camera and to appear the black stripes in the screen.

I've never made a cutscene before, so I'm probably not going to be helpful. I was hoping that if you pointed me to some place in one of the campaigns that does this, I would be able to figure out how they did it.
If it's been done before, Gestalt Cutscene Scripting System is your best bet.
