.....I hate this scumbag soooo much! I really, really, really want to eliminate him ... with extreme prejudice. OK, I know he's a plot device, and therefore wears the most impregnable armor possible ... namely plot amor ... but seriously? We see him again in the future and still can't whack him? The designers must think that MC and his buddies are total morons when they ask us to trust this treacherous dog again in ToB. He's like "Oh, I am SO sorry, I had no idea!" Yeah, riiight. And in ToB, even once he's done his job of feeding us a load of total BS, we still can't kill him. How frustrating! Plot armor is truly forever, sort of like herpes.
.....They could easily have at least allowed us the satisfaction of tearing him limb from limb in SoA, and created another NPC to perform his role in ToB, but noooo! We are forced to deal with his obnoxious self a second time. Well, at least during our assault on Heaven ... err, I mean Elysium ... as part of Dorn's ToB side quest (which is totally epic btw), I can put his name at the very top of the Scroll of Retribution. Please tell me that, shortly thereafter, the Angel of Retribution visits him and performs some major organ surgery, without anesthesia. Pretty please?

After you deal with Balthazar, head back into Amkethran rather than proceeding directly to the endgame. (You have to wait that long for Saemon's plot armor to expire)

Ahhh! Sweet, sweet revenge! As the Bard of Avon says ... "Revenge is a dish best served cold". I shall await that glorious day with breathless anticip-p-p-p-pation. (props to the great Tim Curry) o:)

Wonderful; 3 different screw-ups upon our return to Brynnlaw, all due to dear old Saemon. He stole what from a bunch of Githyanki?? An all time high (or would it be a low?). This boy gonna die slowly and painfully, come the day!

Of course you just acquired a component of a Vorpal Sword, I wouldn’t worry too much about it!

Saemon always makes me laugh. He is such a total weasel. But it no case does his “weaselness” do anything more than deliver some extra experience to you. Now I often feel very sorry for the various people Saemon sells us out TO. He sure makes us kill a lot of folks…

That's something that I as the player would know. But from my character's point of view, he's just constantly screwing us over.

Well, as I said, I always look at it as screwing over the vampires/githyanki/mercenaries he just set at us. They’re the ones hurt by it.

That's YOUR pov! Not your character's. Unless your character is a lot more philosophically inclined than mine is. Mine has a very simple outlook on life. Don't like someone? Terminate them with extreme prejudice. Makes things a lot easier.

No, no. That’s most often my character’s POV. But then yeah, I play a lot of high wisdom good-aligned sorts.
Or even my last mage, I linked that Psyche playthrough on another thread, and I know HER! She’s a sweety, she felt really bad, well for the mercenaries. No pity for a vampire or gith though…
