Dead after reloading

I was about to die, but I was alive (with several long lasting buffs applied) and out of combat. I quicksaved in case I died in the next fight, because I didn't want to rest yet. In the next fight, I died and when I reloaded the save, I was dead.
I think the game first compute I'm dead and then it applies the buffs my character had, because when I reload dead I have no buffs on me. Probably, without the CON buff I had less than 0 HP.
I have the save files, is there any place to raise a bug or can anybody help me to continue my game?
