Visual Glitch (NWN:EE Android)

I'm having a problem where my textures are all over the place. The attachment shows one of the glitches that occurs occasionally. (The module I'm playing is Swordflight, but the problem also persists in other modules like the OC, SoU, and HotU.)
There's another glitch where, after reloading a save, the entire screen is black except for the UI. I can move and interact with the world, but I can't see anything. (This does not occur on the first save load after launching the game. However, reloading a save after that will most likely trigger the glitch.)
I first tried a fresh install to see if that would fix it. After installation, I redownloaded my modules and restored my old saves and characters.
A few minutes into my playthrough, I noticed some messed-up textures again, so I knew something was still wrong.
The major modules and haks I have installed are CEP, Swordflight, Aribeth's Revival/Redemption, and the Shadowlord/Dreamcatcher/Demon series.
Edit: The "Visual Bug" can be fixed by reloading the save. However that's only temporary because sooner or later, another one will show up. I also risk seeing the black screen bug I mentioned when reloading a save. I have to restart the game manually to fix it.

I reinstalled the game again to rule out custom modules and haks. This screenshot of the bug appearing again is from a fresh install playthrough. I also added a screenshot of the black screen bug.
