BG:EE - Tiny cursor

PC, Windows 11.

In the game, the cursor is absolutely tiny to the point where I can barely make out when it changes from the "go there" icon to "open door" and so on.
I've played IWD:EE on the same computer where this wasn't an issue.

I've tried searching for a solution and it seems to be linked to my resolution settings but everything else looks normal so if anyone can help me out here, it would be great :)
