Farming control

Some form of farming control, to nerf unlimited spawns where it wasn't taken care of at the level of content (or else, just take care of it there).

My personal implementations could be:

1. Downscaling exp when a particular type (or class/race) of monster is repeatedly slain on a particular map. This is either permanent or slow to recovery.
2. Maximum cap on no. of spawns of a particular monster in a particular area (esp. from resting), until both leaving and a certain duration passing (or not even that).

Particular offenders are the golem cave in BG1 (and to a lesser extent, the grounds outside of it) and the maze level of watcher's keep in TOB.
