Can't CONTINUE Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition

I recently purchased an Xbox Series X console. I have transferred many games from my old Xbox One console with no problems. However, after trying to transfer Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition when I start the game (from the screen offering CONTINUE, SINGLE PLAYER, CHARACTERS, OPTIONS, and BACK choices) the CONTINUE button is disabled. I went back to the Xbox One console and the same situation occurs there as well. I believe this is a cloud sync problem. I could be wrong. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix?

    is there a "load game" option? perhaps you can't use the "continue" option until you have manually saved an actual game to the console?

    and if there is a "load game" option, try that one first then save, and see if the "continue" option is highlighted

    Excellence! Went back to menu, and choose the CHARACTERS option. It only showed two of my characters, but when I closed that window, CONTINUE was enabled, and when selected loaded my last save with all characters. Strange, but works. Thanks!
