Owlbear In BG1EE?

I know there is a mod that adds an owlbear pelt to the game (Can't remember which mod, sorry). But it seems there is no owlbear creature in the game. But I think it would be awesome to have one in BG1EE or BG2EE. What do you think about the idea?

    What would this owlbear do? What would it be for? Where would it be located, and why? In short, what added content would the player see? At the moment, this idea consists of nothing but a *.CRE file called "Owlbear" that uses the animation of a bear. That's not a good idea, or a bad idea -- it's just not much of any kind of idea. Yes, it increases the level of connection between this game & BG3, and also D&D: Honor Among Thieves . . . but it's not like there's any lack of connecting threads already.

    I have this little side project that will add Lilly, a halfling druid of Sheela from Corm Orp who can shapechange into an owlbear. I have already created and included a standing owlbear animation into BG1EE.

    It's not a big mod, but I hope it will be fun and pay a little homage to Honor Among Thieves.
    It may take a while before it will be finished, as I'm busy with other projects first.

    Owlbear is so uniquely weird, original to D&D as far as I know. It’s a shame none have been included so far. It would be awesome to have one make an appearance.
    Much like Acifer already adding wererats! Always look forward to D&D nostalgia.
