Disable shadow on fonts

The shadow effect on all fonts with a scroll background (journal, item descriptions especially) does not look good. I think it's what a lot of people refer to as the 'blurry text'. The game's combat log either doesn't have this effect applied, or I can't see it because of the black background, but the effect is just killing my enjoyment of reading item descriptions. It reminds me of bad powerpoint presentations.

@CamDawg any way to disable this with a baldur.ini tweak? I'm really surprised you didn't get overwhelming beta tester feedback on this.. it's jarring and definitely takes away from reading what's written, rather than accentuating it.

Edit: The effect is not universal in its use, but is found on: journal headings, tool tips, and item descriptions. Yuck, somebody turn on a light and get this shadow crap off my game text!
