HP gain on level up issue.

So I have just got a HP increase of 2 for Jaheira after leveling up. How is this possible?

My understanding is her constitution of 17 gives her a +3HP bonus. So a roll of 1d10 +3 should be awarding between 4 and 13 HP at level up.

Am I wrong? if not could this be a bug?

    If she only leveled up in one of her classes, the HP gain will be half.

    Oh yeah, she's multi-class silly me. It's 3.15am and I've been playing for hours.
