SCS mod change baldur.lua every time I launch the game

Today I wanted to test the SCS mod from IWDEE. However, after starting a new game, I noticed that baldur.lua had been modified. And it's modified every time I launch the game.
This is a problem for me because some important things are being changed, like the maximum frame rate or the debug console.
Is there a way to prevent the SCS mod from changing baldur.lua?
