Locked Account on Steam - FIXED!!!

Hello folks and happiest of days to each of you I hope your day is going well!!! I was having an issue with my Despana Treasury Key not working in Lolth's Temple in the Underdark so I tried to uninstall and then try again, but it's locked. Here's a screenshot:



Your help is appreciated!!! How do I unlock the game? My profile name is Abe Sargent.

    I ran this as an Admin and it works.
