[BG:EE] Cdtweaks' "Personalize Automatic Save Names" not working properly?

I've enabled the Personalize Automatic Save Names option in cdtweaks and I'm seeing weird behavior.
For context, I'm only using two mods: cdtweaks and IWDification. I installed IWDification first and then cdtweaks.
If I start with none of the quick save files in my save directory, it will create the 1-4 quick saves (named [number]-[charname] Quick-Save or [number]-[charname] Quick-Save-[number]) in succession. Once it creates the 4th, though, it just starts overwriting the [number]-[charname] Quick-Save save and never does the 2-4 saves.
Also, that save doesn't get bumped up to the top of the list when trying to load a save, so I need to go hunt for it.
Has anybody else encountered this?
I also notice that the first number in the save file isn't consistent. All the quick save files start with 000000001, the auto save is 000000000, chapter starts are 000000011 and 000000010 and the ones I created by doing a manual save are 000000000 and 000000027. I wonder if that number schema messing something up?
