Mobile & PC Crossplay: Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition

Hello, we are trying to play Mobile BG1 ee and Laptop BG1 ee. We see our servers but can't join them. PLZ help.

Mobile version v2.6.6.12, PC version v2.6.6.0

One is using Mobile Data & has the Siege Of Dragonspear DLC. The other is using an hp Intel laptop with a wifi router and no DLC'S installed. There is a 5 hour difference between us.

We can see each other's lobbies, but 7r763kcv55g7.png
it is stuck on "WAITING FOR INFORMATION FROM SERVER."
Any ideas? Thank you.
