[Help] Artist trying to reconnect with client after site hack – Screenshot as only clue

Hello, everyone!
I'm an artist and the website where i usually offer my services recently got hacked/ransomed, and i am looking for the respective owner of these character(s) since they are a client and already paid for the commission. I've been asking around the forums in reddit and finally found that the screenshots are from NWN through the help of the redditors there. I'm hoping that someone here might recognize these characters or even know who these belongs to.
Here are the images:
The name of these characters are Flin(M) and Ana(F).
This is completely my mistake for not asking for an alternate way to reach them. They have already paid and there's no way to deliver their commission unless i can reconnect.
I'm sorry if this post comes across as bothersome, but i really need some help, and i don't know where to look other than the respective game's forums.
I'm not promoting myself or my work in any way, i just want to make sure i don't disappoint my client.
