Console commands and achievements

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hello. I lost Perdue's sword somewhere and I wanted to use console to spawn it. I do care about achievements so I don't want them disabled.

    Are you asking if activating the console will disable Achievements? I can't recall ever hearing about that. But then, I don't care about Achievements, so I may have missed it. A quick CTRL F on the relevant BG wiki pages returns nothing.

    It doesn't. At some point I decided to jump around areas and teleport through stuff because I decided I wanted a nice shiny 100 % to show up for this game so I activated them and got achievements no problem.
