Bugged floor lever after Grimgnaw hotu

Hey after dealing with grimgnaw and his party in hotu ch 3 there is a lever you need to turn into a pixie to get to. Once i change back i try to use it but it states "floor lever: you cannot operate the lever in this form" ive tried every form to use it and it seems to be bugged after checking walkthroughs. Are there any solutions or fixes available?
