in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
No matter what options I choose, I can't get him to trigger the quest to go find his helper. Is this a known bug? /J

    If you acquire the quest item before speaking to Bandoth, he won’t give you the quest. Yes, this is a known bug.

    I tried doing it that way as well but it still doesn't work. /J
