[Neverwinter Vault re-post rules] Probably not the best place to ask but -

What are the rules around re-uploads of projects? Specificaly, I've got a module that I've created and I've recently found out that a project that my own module relied upon for functioning has been removed from the vault.

Can I just upload the files that were taken down on my project page? Not sure why the other project was removed and just to say, I'm asking this with the hope that good spirits will be maintained (famous last words...)
