Headphones sound problem

Anyone else using headphones get the problem where the left headphone is designated to the left side of the screen and the right headphone for the right side? it is quite annoying and no where near a simulated surround sound effect. i'd prefer no simulation and full sound in both ears, it annoys me when i can only hear in one ear, makes me think im going deaf.

    I've noticed it, but I think it sounds like that in all IE games. Still, there's no reason not to fix this now.

    Your wrong. I have original BG installed right now, and the problem isn't there, unless you enable EAX. I have this problem to in BGEE.
