Extra 'Ghost' Weapons Appear in Combat in Modded BGEE Game [RESOLVED]

Just wondering if anyone has ever seen this or has got any ideas on what mod (or combination of mods) might be causing some of this behaviour I'm seeing in my latest build of BGEE (w. SoD). Basically while combat occurs I'm getting ghost weapons (the icons for the weapon a PC or NPC is using for when it's lying on the ground) floating in the air near each party member while they initiate an attack, it then vanishes until the next cycle round to make an attack (e.g. then next round).  It's only the members of the party, and only for the part of each round (segment?) when they are actually attacking.

I have used quite a few mods; and a few are older ones (e.g. the klatu Tweaks version I have is pretty old, and the Nostalgia Mod and a couple of others are also old-ish) so was wondering if it might be these (although in many cases i haven't installed all of the mod contents, only a handful of standalone items). So was thinking it's possibly a multi-mod compatibility issue?

I've converted to Linux early this year so it's my first full build in Linux since being 100% off Windows ~8 months ago, so that might be a factor (but I'm assuming not).

If anyone has seen this previously or has any thoughts that'd be much appreciated... (you will see in the second screen shot Osprey isn't attacking so there is no ghost weapon floating beside her).

EDIT: Resolved as per below post. Wasn't a bug - just a setting inadvertently turned on. :#

I myself run 257 mods but I haven't seen this before. It's actually quite cool and I wonder if I want this. It looks to me like a feature rather than a bug so I'm guessing it's probably a tweak component?

I don't think these mods have such a component though.

    - Reveal Hidden Gameplay Options
    - Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition Trilogy Tweaks
    - The Tweaks Anthology
    - IWDification
    - Sword Coast Stratagems
    - klatu Tweaks and Fixes
    - AionZ's House Rules
    - More Style for Mages
    - Jastey's Tweaks for SoD and EET
    - Tweaks and Tricks

Of course it could always be a bug/incompatibility/something weird.

I don't recognize it but it looks like something that relies on EEex.

    ...Reveal Hidden Gameplay Options

Thanks Both - I had an epiphany when I awoke this morning and realised it had to actually be something related to Reveal Hidden Gameplay Options Mod - I normally never use or activate (or sometimes don't even install) "Action Feedback" component - but somehow I had inadvertently activated it in my latest installs... So problem solved!
    :)

FYI - if not familiar with it the component does this:

This component installs a slider control that can be used to show small symbols around character sprites that indicate their current action (e.g. fighting, spellcasting, thieving actions). You can choose between several feedback levels. Some levels may require that the Gameplay option "Debug Mode" is enabled.

Oh cool, so I must have it too then! I didn't see any slider control, where would I find it?
