what does it effect EXACTLY?

I understand priest get bonus spells however it seems Paladins don't benefit from it and what about Fighters? It seems there are no saving throws affected by low wisdom scores in Baldurs Gate: EE

can i get a definite answer while i wait to try to play this game with constant "verify due to server error" which is a totally different subject

    The best results for the wish spell need high wisdom(for bg2 and TOB)
    Besides that as far as I know it only gives bonus to lore.
    So if your a fighter I don't think theres any disadvantage of having low wisdom.

    awesome a Half Orc with 3 wisdom and 18 charisma! A Half Orc with 18 charisma....does not compute... Gosh i love power gaming!

    There is no impact really for a fighter in BG to having low wisdom other than a lore score. There are a few conversations in the expansion to Baldur's Gate 2 where having a low wisdom does have an impact on of the choices you have in very specific conversation (from what I can recall there are conversations that involve intelligence and charisma scores in much the same way in the game as well).
